General Entries (Non-Competition)

Every year, the Cultural Team comes up with more exciting themes to entertain the large audience as well as give our talented choreographers a chance to think outside the box and bring out the best creativity to shine on the stage. This year is no different.

General Entries (Non-competition) Rules

We are looking for dance or instrumental performances. No singing entries will be allowed

All Entries must have a minimum of 4 participants and no more than 16.

The maximum time limit is 6 min.

Solo items will not be allowed on the stage.

All participants must be 6 years and up in all general entries.

General Rules and Requirements

For Competitions, the performers should be availble on both days. Please pay attention to age and tiem requirements.

All entries should have minimum of 4 and maximum of 16 participants except in certain competitions.

Please make sure to read the rules for both General and Competition entries carefully once posted on the website.

The entry forms and payment method will be available soon on the website.

Please enter the participants name, item name with choreographer name in the column provided in the form, if participating in more than one item.

Please share the cultural team website information with all the participants so they are updated on changes.

Please pay attention to the dates to avoid late fees.

Important Dates to Remember:

All general and competition entries via online entry form by Friday, 08/22/2025, 11:59 PM

Last date to submit (General entry only) with Late fees is Friday, 08/29/2025, 11:59PM.

We reserve the right to stop taking entries before the last date.

Entry Fee Details

All General Entries fees = $35.00

All Competetion Entries fees = $75.00 (No Specific Day Request because competition can be scheduled either day)

All General Entries requesting Specific day fees = $70.00 on or before August 22nd.

Late fees ($35.00) will be applied in addition to the regular fee for all General Entries after August 23rd. Ex: If you request a general entry on or after August 23rd, add $35 to the fees, $35 General Entry Fee + $35 Late Fee = $70 for the entry.

Change Requests after the trial schedule and final schedule is sent, $50.00 per item. (If the request can be accommodated)

No refunds for any reason, so please ensure your entry is accurate

Please do not wait till the last minute to submit the entries to avoid technical difficulties or glitches. We may not be able to accommodate entries due to time constraints.
