General Entries (Non-Competition)

All entries that do not fall under the Competition Entries need to follow the below directions.

For General Entries, we are looking for dance or instrumental performances. No singing entries will be allowed. All Entries must have a minimum of 4 participants. The maximum time limit is 6 min.

Please read carefully before filling out the form and paying the dues. The Cultural Committee decision on acceptance of the entries will be final.

For General Entries, we also provide the option to request to perform on a specific day (Sept 28th or Sept 29th).

Instructions for General Entries

Fill out entry form in its entirety for each performance separately.

Pay the dues at the time of submission or the entries will not be considered complete and may not be included in the event.

All entries need to be entered using the online form and entries sent through emails or phone calls will not be considered.

All general entries have a time limit of 6 min. with a minimum of 4 participants.

All participants should be of age 6 and above for all performances.

Please make sure that confirmation email of the entry from the Cultural team is received within 48 hours of your submission. If not, send us an email.

Participants are expected to perform both days of the Festival unless paid extra fees to perform on a specific day.

To minimize schedule conflicts for performers who are in more than one entry, please make sure you mention the name of their other items and the choreographer's name.

Cultural team will make all the decisions on scheduling performances and specific time requests will not be considered.

Important Dates to Remember:

All general and competition entries via online entry form by Saturday, 09/14/2024, 11:59 PM

Last date to submit (General entry only) with Late fees is Friday, 09/20/2024, 11:59PM.

We reserve the right to stop taking entries before the last date.

Fees:

All General Entries fees = $35.00;

All Competition Entries fees = $60.00 (No Specific Day Request because competition can be scheduled either day)

All General Entries requesting Specific day (Sept 28th or 29th) fees = $60.00 before September 14th.

Late fees ($30.00) will be applied in addition to the regular fee for all General Entries after September 14th.

Change Requests after trial schedule and final schedule (if possible) is sent, $60.00 per item.

Please do not wait till the last minute to submit the entries. We may not be able to accommodate entries due to time constraints.

Rules for Competitions are given separately. Please make sure to read the rules for both General and Competition entries carefully.
