The festival of India: Guidelines for Vendors

FESTIVAL OF INDIA 2024

SEPTEMBER 28TH AND 29TH , 2024

Guidelines for Vendors

  • Safety at the Festival is a top priority. All accidents are preventable. Festival of India (FOI) vendors are responsible for their own safety as well as the attendees safety. All injuries or accidents must be reported directly to the FOl leadership, or Front desk.
  • All vendors must check in with the booth in-charge Mr. Abhay Bajekal upon arrival.
  • Keep your display within your assigned space and do not block the designated walkways.
  • Be courteous to the visitors as they are our guests. Our goal is for them to have a memorable time at the Festival so they keep coming back year after year.
  • Communicate your experience about participation to the undersigned for archiving for the next year.
  • If you have any concerns and/or questions, please take it up privately with the Festival management. Loud complaints in front of patrons about the festival or its volunteers do not solve the issue, nor do they enhance the reputation of the festival as a professional and family friendly environment.
  • The success of FOl depends on all of us.
  • Your contract with the FOI is final arbiter of all terms and conditions of your booth rental. Nothing stated in these guidelines negate or over-ride your contract.
  • After unloading material at the loading dock, you and your staff need to pull out and park in a public parking lot. On Friday all of your setup must be completed between 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM and you must exit the building by 8:30 PM.
  • You will be allowed to bring your vehicle in the hall to only unload/load your merchandise (not booth set up) on Friday September 27th between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM and after the closure of the Festival on September 29th. You will need to move your vehicle soon after unloading to allow others to bring in their vehicles.
  • At the end of the day please discard trash and heavy material in provided bins.
  • Please convey any comments to:
